Arrival – Cairo Exploration
Welcome to Egypt, where your journey begins with our well-organized pick-up service tailored to your flight’s arrival time. Upon landing at Cairo Airport, your expert tour guide will readily wait, holding a personalized sign for easy identification. Your adventure commences as you are transferred to your private vehicle.
Prepare to be amazed at the Egyptian Museum, housing a vast collection of thousands of artifacts, original statues, and priceless Egyptian art.
Next, marvel at the wonders of the ancient world, the great pyramids of Egypt. Capture panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, Valley Temple, and other remarkable photo opportunities. Delve into history at the valley temple, an integral part of Khafre’s pyramid, where the king was prepared for eternal rest.
After an enriching tour, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel in Cairo, where you can unwind and enjoy an overnight stay.

Luxor Day Tour by Flight
We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the local airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, your expert tour guide will be waiting with a personalized sign to kickstart your exploration. You will be escorted to your private air-conditioned vehicle.
The Luxor tour begins on the West Bank, where you will delve into the mesmerizing Valley of the Kings, admire the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and explore the captivating ruins of ancient temples.
Step into the tombs of pharaohs adorned with columns and vibrantly painted walls, and immerse yourself in the rich history of Thebes Cemetery and Deir el-Bahari Temple.
Moving to the East Bank, you will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor temples. Stroll through the grand courtyard of Luxor Temple, marvel at the granite statues of Ramses II, and traverse Sphinx Street.

We believe in transparency and want to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of how our pricing works. Our pricing policy outlines the payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment options, and final payment deadlines. It’s essential to review and understand these terms to ensure a smooth booking process. Here are some key points to know about our pricing policy:
Prices
- Prices are in US dollars per person per trip and you can pay in any other currency.
- Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, or government taxes.
- Rates are not valid during Christmas or New Year.
- Travel insurance and entry visa charges are not included in the package.
Booking Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, making you’re booking a risk-free investment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation after confirmation with payment before 30 days of the commencement of the tour: 10% of the value of the tour package.
- Canceling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the package
- Canceling 19-15 days before commencing the tour: 50% of the tour cost
- Canceling 14-11 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost
- Canceling before 10 days or less before the tour date: No refund for the tour
Children Policy
- Up to 2 years: FREE
- Age from 2 and below 6 years: 25% of adult price
- Age from 6 up to 11 years: 50% of adult price
- Ages 12 and Up: adult price.
Notes:
- Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room )
- If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.
